Approval of Minutes A. January 4, 2023 B. January 11, 2023 C. January 25, 2023 2. Site Plan A. CENTER STREET TRAFFIC SIGNAL. The proposal involves the construction of a traffic signal to be located at the intersection of 800 East and Center Street. 3. Discussion A. ANNEXATION FEASIBILITY STUDY. 4. Adjourn
