BOX 138 - 161 E 300 N HINCKLEY, UTAH 84635 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THE MAYOR & COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY, UTAH WILL HOLD THEIR REGULAR TOWN COUNCIL MEETING ON THURSDAY, APRIL 18, 2024, AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 161 E. 300 N. HINCKLEY, UT. THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, AND COMMUNICATION VI. REPORT OF GOVERNING BODY - BOARDS - COMMITTEES: BRIAN FLORANG, LEEANN TERRY, DONALD BROWN, CHRIS MORK, SKIP TAYLOR VII. STAFF REPORTING VIII. NEW BUSINESS 1. Review letters of interest for Planning and Zoning Commission Vacancy and appoint a Commission Member. 2. Kim Taylor, a Recreational Vehicle Application for 580 S. Main St. and a Recreational Vehicle Application for 520 S. Main St., Hinckley. 3. Omar Orozco, Business License Application for Omar's Tire Repair, at 745 N. 250 W., Hinckley. 4. Consider a recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission to deny a zone change request application from Lori Singleton to change the zoning for Parcel(s) H-2026 and H-2026-1 located at approximately 202 N. 100 E., Hinckley from Residential (R-1) to General Commercial (GC). 5. Consider a recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission to approve a zone change request application from Joe Stevens to change the zoning for Parcel H-2052-3 located at 750 N. 280 W., Hinckley from Agricultural (AG) to Residential (R-1). 6. Review and discuss the General Plan Update recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. IX. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS 1. Mini Split Install, Restroom & Breakroom Update 2. Park Pavilion 3.
