- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section I7B- l-609, the Board of Trustees of Utah County Service Area No. 6, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., in the Utah County Administration Building, I 00 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, to consider the amending the 2024 budget; revising estimates of revenues; revising the budget appropriations; and/or transferring unencumbered or unexpended appropriation balances from one department in a fund to another department in the same fund of the Utah County Service Area No. 6. After the public hearing, the Board of Trustees may amend the 2024 budget; may revise estimates or revenues; may revise the budget appropriations; and/or transfer unencumbered or unexpended appropriation balances from one department in a fund to another department in the same fund.
