- CITY OF OREM NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings on April 17, 2024, at approximately 4:30 p.m. to consider the following: PUBLIC HEARING - REZONE - Amending Article 22-5-3 (A) and the zoning map of the City of Orem by rezoning the property located generally at 442 North 300 West from the R7.5 zone to the R6.5 zone. The proposed amendments are available in the Office of Development Services, Room #105, 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah. If you have any questions regarding the proposed zone change or amendments, contact the Development Services Department at 801-229-7058. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.
