- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Mountain Sprouts Childcare Conditional Use Permit 700 Bitner Road Parcel: PP-84-A-2-A, 3.50 acres Project #24-042 Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission, in accordance with section 10-3-5 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on a Conditional Use Permit proposing a childcare center with no more than 50 children between the ages of 2 months and 5 years.
