- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE MORGAN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG) and to the general public that the Morgan Council of Governments will hold a meeting in open public session on Monday, April 22, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., at the Commission Room, Morgan County Building, 48 W Young Street. P.O.Box 886 Morgan, Utah 84050 MINUTES Approval - Minutes of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG) - March 18th , 2024 ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION 1. Julie Bjornstad - Rules and Regulations, budget for COG etc. 2. Project list 3. Building permit running totals for City and County 4. Other Business 5 Ajourn Next Meeting: May 20th , 2024, at 4:00 p.m. - Morgan County Building, Commission Room In the event of an absence of a full quorum, agenda items will be continued to the next regularly scheduled meeting. Notice is hereby given that by motion of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG), pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the Council may vote to hold a closed session for any of the purposes identified in that Chapter. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Judy Vogel, COG Secretary, at (801) 845-4017 or jvogel@morgancountyutah.gov at least 24 hours before the meeting.
