Public Comment: This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding your concerns or ideas. Please limit your comments to three minutes. (Individuals wishing to provide public comment may do so via email to City Recorder Cassie Brown, cassieb@syracuseut.gov, by 4:00 p.m. on March 26, 2024. Comments submitted by the deadline will be read for the record of the meeting.) c. Consideration of request for fee waiver from North Davis Communities that Care (NDCTC) (10 min.) d. Discussion regarding recycling program - report from task force. (10 min.) e. Discussion regarding solid waste service contract with Robinson Waste Services. (10 min.) f. Discussion regarding 2024 secondary watering season dates. (10 min.) g. Planning items: 1. Application for pre-application consultation with City Council, Brad Frost of Ovation Homes. (15 min.) 2. Proposed amendment to Shadow Point Shopping Center Incentive Agreement between the Syracuse City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) and Shadow Point, LLC. (15 min.) 3. Review/discussion of Syracuse City Ordinance Section 10.30.070 pertaining to street trees. (10 min.) h. Discussion regarding proposal to surplus/transfer K-9 Police Service Dog. (10 min.) i. Discussion regarding ordering Fire Department apparatus. (15 min.) j. Discussion of proposed Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual amendments. (15 min.) k.
