- CENTERFIELD CITY CITY COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Centerfield City Council will hold its regular meeting on April 3, 2024. The meeting will be held in the Centerfield City Hall, 130 South Main, Centerfield; which meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1 Roll Call 2 Pledge of Allegiance by elected official 3 Invocation by elected official 4 Reading and approval of minutes 5 Petitions, Remonstrances and Communications: Parker Byington Culinary Water Contract David Madsen- Culinary Water Meter Dan Dalley- Culinary Water Meter David Wright- Utility Bill Discussion Michael Olsen- Fence Permit- 160 East 100 South Kasey Peterson- Home Building Permit(s) 470 West 200 North & 490 West 200 North Greg Hendrick- Home Building Permit- 100 North 200 East Danish Meadows Subdivision- Phase 2 Irrigation Meter Discussion Employee Raise for Certification 6 Unfinished Business/ Report of Council Members 7 Closed Session 8 Adjournment NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-3296 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
