- Agenda Emery County Special Service District #1 Box Room @ 10:00 a.m. April 8, 2024 Approval of March 11, 2024, meeting minutes. Discuss/Approve/Deny the Fraud Risk Assessment paperwork. Discuss/Ratification of previous action done by the board in Huntington Airport and Crack Seal and notice of the awarded contracts. Johansen and Tuttle Engineering - Report on current projects. Bear Canyon/Deer Creek Culvert Huntington Airport Emery County Crack Seal Green River 9-Mile Dip Discuss/Approve any change orders generated from work on current projects. Board Member reports and any other business that may come before the Board. Approval of payment of bills, financial reports, and distribution of Mineral Lease funds. Payment of Bills presented by Jan Olsen: Approval of the Distribution of mineral lease revenue: For February, in the gross amount of $37,967.68less the Carbon shift of $60.00 for a net amount of $37,907.68 to be distributed as follows: After EEMSSD's 5% of $1,895.38, the remaining amount for distribution to the following Districts is $36,012.30 ECSSD#1 - 47% $ 16,925.78 CVSSD - 16% $ 5,761.97 Fire SSD - 16% $ 5,761.97 Rec SSD - 16% $ 5,761.97 North Emery Water Users - 5% $ 1,800.61 Adjourn. The next meeting will be held on May 13, 2024.
