- PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Administrative Control Board of the Austin Community Special Service District will hold a Regular Meeting on Monday, the 11th day of March, at 35 West Main, Elsinore, Utah, at the hour of 6:30 p.m. The Agenda for the meeting consists, in part, of the following: (1) Call to Order (2) Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting February 6, 2024 (3) Review water funding offer from DDW and vote (4) Adjourn
