Public Notice March 28, 2024 VERNAL CITY PUBLIC HEARING The Vernal City Council shall hold a public hearing after review of the Vernal City Planning Commission to consider a request for a subdivision amendment received from Porcupine Properties, LLC for property located at 577 North and 587 North 100 East, Vernal, Utah (parcels 04:076:0281 & 04:076:0280). The public hearing for the subdivision amendment request will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 6:15 pm in the Vernal City Council Chambers, 374 East Main, Vernal, Utah. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Quinn Bennion, 374 East Main, Vernal, Utah at least five days before the hearing at (435) 789-2255. Posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; and Posted on the Vernal City Website; and Posted in conspicuous places within Vernal City: and Mailed to property owners of the area proposed for amendment: Posting date: April 3, 2024 Notice must remain in place through May 1, 2024
