THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. REPORT OF BOARD - COMMITTEE'S COMMISSION: GUY BRINKERHOFF/ CHAIRMAN MEMBERS: MARGENE STEVENS, JOY PARTRIDGE, JOE TAYLOR, CLARK MORTENSEN VI. PUBLIC HEARING To receive and consider public comments on a proposed zone change application from Agricultural (AG) to Residential (R-1) at 750 N. 280 W., Hinckley, Utah. VII. NEW BUSINESS 1. Application to Appear - Omar Orozco. Business License for Mobile service tire repair at 745 N. 250 W., Hinckley, Utah. 2. Decision for application on zone change - Lori Singleton. Proposed zone change from Residential (R-1) to General Commercial (GC) at approximately 202 N. 100 E., Hinckley, Utah. 3. Application to Appear - Joseph A. Taylor. Build 20x20 greenhouse at 770 S. Main. VII. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS 1. Updating the General Plan for Hinckley Town. VIII. ADJOURNMENT NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Tresa Taylor at Hinckley Town, Inc. at 435-864-3522 for anyone needing special assistance at a Hinckley Town public meeting.
