- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pledge of Allegiance/Roll Call 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes for 11-29-2023 3. Sheriff's Report 4. Oaths of Office for Two Councilmembers 5. Setting of Dates, Time and Place for Regular Town Council Meetings for 2024 Calendar Year 6. Mayor Assignment of Duties to Councilmembers 7. Introduction and Presentation of the Local Administrative Advisor Program by Madison Aviles 8. Annual Open and Public Meetings Act (OPMA) Training 9. Consideration to Appoint Planning & Zoning Commissioner 10. Consideration to Purchase Property to Expand St. John Cemetery 11. Approval to Pay for EMT Class for Dillon Bolinder 12. Consideration of New Fire Department Member (JJ Iongi) 13. Approval to Purchase Two Pair of Structure Boots for Fire Department 14. Fire Department Report 15. Council Reports 16. Safety Topic 17.
