- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Red Bridge Public Infrastructure District Board of Trustees NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF RED BRIDGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MARCH 22, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 1:30 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Discussion Items 1. Discussion Fraud Risk, Financial Certification & Self-Evaluation Forms 2. Discussion of State Filings - TAP & USDC 3. Discussion Board Officers 4. Discussion of other District business. D. Action Items 1. Consider ratification of Snow Jensen & Reece's Engagement Letter. 2. Consider ratification of CLA's Engagement Letter, MSA and SOE. 3. Consider ratification of Haynie & Company Audit Engagement Letter for 2023. 4. Discussion Regarding Annual and Quarterly Reports. E. Other Items From Board Members F.
