- Notice is hereby given that the Western Weber Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 9, 2024. The meeting will begin at 5pm and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. The hearing is regarding an application to rezone approximately 78 acres of land from the A-1 (agricultural) zone to R1-15 (Single-Family Residential) zone, and approximately 32 acres of land from the A-1 zone to the O-1 (Open Space) zone. Copies of the proposal may be reviewed online at https://frontier.co.weber.ut.us/p/Project/index/19812 or in the Weber County Planning Division Office located in Suite #240 of the Weber Center.
