PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD LEGAL NOTICE 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, UT 84060 Wednesday, April 3, 2024, 5:00PM The Historic Preservation Board of Park City, Utah, will hold its regular meeting in person at the Marsac Municipal Building, Council Chambers, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060. Meetings will also be available online with options to listen, watch, or participate virtually. Click here for more information. SITE VISIT 4:00PM 2465 Doc Holiday Drive - The Historic Preservation Board Will Conduct a Site Visit to Review Material Deconstruction of a Second Story Deck. WORK SESSION 5:00PM Land Management Code Amendment - Discussion Regarding Materials, Paint and Stain Opacity in Historic Districts - The Historic Preservation Board Will Conduct a Work Session to Discuss Existing Standards in the Regulations for Historic Districts and Historic Sites Regarding Permitted/Prohibited Materials and Opacity Minimums for Paint and Stains. PL-24-06041 Land Management Code Amendment - Lift and Panelization Standards - The Historic Preservation Board Will Conduct a Work Session to Review A Proposal to Enact Standards for Material Documentation, Maintenance, and Storage when a Historic Structure is Lifted or Deconstructed. PL-24-06003 Land Management Code Amendment - Historic District Regulations Illustrations - The Historic Preservation Board Will Review Draft Illustrations of the Historic District Requirements and Provide Feedback to Staff.
