- April 1, 2024 Nibley City Council Public Hearing Notice The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Ordinances: Ordinance 24-05: Amending 11.02.040 Parking Regulations-Including Adjustments to Limited Winter Parking and Parking-At-Curb Regulations Ordinance 24-06: Amending NC 110.01.040 Meeting Procedure and Conduct When: April 11, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah A full report will be posted on the City's website by April 9, 2024, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. Applicants or interested parties should submit written or emailed comments no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the meeting to allow the Council adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City Hall or email to cheryl@nibleycity.com. If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
