- TOWN OF MANILA PLANNING AND ZONING REGULAR MEETING AGENDA DATE: MONDAY, MARCH 4TH,2024 @ 5:30 P.M. TOWN OF MANILA: 145 EAST HWY 43 PLANNING AND ZONING WORKSESSION FOLLOWING IMMEDIATELY AFTER REGULAR MEETING. AGNEDA MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: REGULAR MEETING PLEDGE: PRESENT: EXCUSED: GUESTS: MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: March 4th 2024 OLD BUSINESS: - Jana Franz is approaching planning and zoning to get approval for a building permit. - Krik Hellander is presenting his plans for his lot on State Line Road to get approval for a building permit. NEW BUSINESS: - Rod Alexander is presenting his plans for a pergola to get approval for a building permit. - Steve Arnovick is presenting his garage plans to get approval for a building permit. - Mike Baldassari is presenting his plans for an uncovered porch to get approval for a building permit. - Brad Harvey is presenting his house plans to the board to get approval for a building permit. SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING AND ADJORN. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting, should notify Chandra at the Town office 435-784-3143, at least 24 hours before meeting.
