Vote to Approve January 24, 2024 minutes 5. Library Business -March 6 City Council Meeting; contractor will be selected for library project -Summer Reading kickoff party -Assignments from business donation list -Cook Shack fundraiser for summer tournaments and fall football -Who has food handlers permits? Food Manager? -Wheat and Beet Days August 2-3, 2024 6. Board Business -Ethics/open meeting recorded training follow-up -We will skip our March meeting, but continue contacting business for donations during March and April 7. Garland City Business -any updates on grant? 8. Public Comments 9. Adjourn Next meeting will be held on April 24, 2024, 7:30 PM
