- NOTICE OF TIME DATE PLACE AND AGENDA MINERSVILLE TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION The Minersville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing followed by a regular meeting on Monday March 25, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. Public Hearing: 1. Call to order the Public Hearing for proposed General Plan revision. 2. Take public comments 3. Close Public Hearing Regular Meeting: 1. Call to order and approval of the minutes from the last meeting 2. Al Garcia: Property re-zone questions 3. General Plan 4. Review ordinances 5. Other Business Notice: The Planning and Zoning Board may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
