- The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan Library, 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will also be available through a live stream at the following URL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw If you wish to participate in the public hearing, you may provide your comment in person. You may also email your comments to recorder@northlogancity.org by noon on March 6th, and your comments will be read by the Mayor during the public hearing. The agenda is as follows: 1. Opening Business including: * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda * Approve minutes of previous City Council meeting * Follow-up on issues from previous meetings * Review of Action Items * Recognition of Exemplary Staff Member Current Action Items 2. 6:35PM Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed resolution to amend the Master Fee Schedule, modifying culinary tiered water rates for subdivisions or developments that were modeled, or approved, with secondary water for exterior watering needs. 3. Consideration of a commercial subdivision Concept Plan for a three-lot subdivision at approximately 1950 N 100 E in the Commercial General Zone (CG). 4. Consideration of a commercial subdivision Preliminary Plat and Development Plan for a two-lot subdivision at approximately 2850 N 200 W in the Commercial General Zone (CG). 5. Consider a resolution adopting the North Logan City Water Masterplan. City Council Work Session Items 6. Draft FY2025 Budget proposal from the Parks Department. 7. Draft FY2025 Budget proposal from the Cemetery Department. 8. Draft FY2025 Budget proposal from the Recreation Department. 9. Updates regarding the North Logan City General Plan. 10. Updates regarding North Logan's water capital improvement projects. 11. Updates on Civic Center. 12. Reports from City officers, boards, and committees.
