WORK SESSION 5:30PM Land Management Code Amendments - The Planning Commission Will Discuss Opportunities for Potential Land Management Code Amendments to Incentivize New Childcare Facilities and Align Municipal Code with State Regulations. REGULAR SESSION Items Listed Below May Include Discussion, Public Hearing and Action Land Management Code Amendments - The Planning Commission Will Review Proposed Amendments to the Historic District Regulations Enacting Standards for Temporary Structures in Historic Districts and Defining Temporary Structures. PL-24-06001 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Possible Recommendation for City Council Consideration and Final Action on April 25, 2024 Land Management Code Amendments - The Planning Commission Will Review Amendments to Create a Maximum Lot Size in the Residential - 1, Residential - Medium Density, and Recreation Commercial Zoning Districts. PL-23-05821 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Continue to April 24, 2024 2200 Monitor Drive, Holiday Village and Parkside Apartments (HOPA) Affordable Master Planned Development - Development Agreement - The Planning Commission Will Review the Development Agreement for the HOPA Affordable Master Planned Development, a Project Providing 317 Affordable Units in the Residential Development Zoning District and Frontage Protection Zone Overlay.
