- PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA Thursday, March 14, 2024 Morgan County Commission Room 6:30 pm PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Morgan County Planning Commission will meet at the above time and date at the Morgan County Courthouse, Commission Chambers; 48 West Young St., Morgan, Utah. The agenda is as follows: 1. Call to order - prayer. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of agenda 4. Declaration of conflicts of interest 5. Public comment Administrative: 6. Public Meeting/Discussion/ Decision - The Heights at Whisper Ridge - The applicant requests approval for the Whisper Ridge at Stone Canyon Phase 1 Subdivision PRUD - First Amended, along with a Plat Amendment to the Heights at Whisper Ridge Subdivision P.U.D. - First Amended, amending several lot lines at the Heights at Whisper Ridge. . 7. Public Meeting/Discussion/Decision - Scotsman Center Storage Units Site Plan - A request for site plan approval for the Scotsman Center Storage Units Site Plan to construct Phase 2 of the storage units and is identified as parcel number 00-0057-0240 and serial number 03-005-118-01 and is located at 5859 North Cottonwood Canyon Road in Mountain Green. Legislative: 1. Public Hearing/Discussion/ Decision -Smith Rezone - Staff recommends approval of the requested zoning map amendment from a split-zone designation of Residential (R1-20), Residential (R1-10), and Agriculture (A-20) to Residential (R1-20) completely. 2. Public Hearing/ Discussion/ Decision -Utilities Text Amendment Request for approval of a text amendment to modify Morgan County Code (MCC) 155.429 Utilities. The amendment would incrementally increase the amount of lots that could be approved for wells and septic in Morgan County. Amendments to the Morgan County Code by modifying the following section of Morgan County Code: MCC 155.429 Utilities 3. Business/Staff Questions 4. Approval of February 22, 2024, Planning Commission minutes 5. Adjourn
