- NOTICE AND AGENDA SOUTH OGDEN CITY COUNCIL ANNUAL STRATEGIC PLANNING RETREAT FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2024 3-8:30 PM SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2024 8AM-2PM Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Council will hold their annual strategic planning retreat on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 3- 8:30 pm and Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 8 am to 2 pm. The meetings will be located at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden, Utah, 84403, in the EOC. These meetings are open to the public; anyone interested is welcome to attend. No action will be taken on any items discussed during the retreat.
