- Agenda for Heber City's Parks, Open Space, Trails, and Trees Advisory Committee Thursday, March 21st, 2024 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Downstairs Conference Room at City Hall or by the GoToMeeting Link https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/761217645 I. Welcome a. Introductions and Roll Call II. Reports a. City Trails Updates b. Tree Subcommittee Updates III. New Committee Business IV. Continuing Business a. E-Bikes Code of Conduct Proposal (Scott) V. Additional Reports and Other Business a. Future Business - An extended Trail System moving into Coyote Springs and the Coyote Development north east of the City. - Preparation and initial marking for a formal trail system along 300 south and the west side of the City. Begin marking by painting and later physical monuments designating the trail route; to begin showing and educating the public of where the trail would be placed. - Discussion and implementation of a presentation for the 'Trail Depot' Park by the Railroad, with a train depot theme. - Discussion to change the meeting date to 4th Wednesday afternoons each month. VI. Potential Next Meeting and Adjournment
