- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting on the 5th day of January 2023. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of Allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of the minutes on December 1 & 15, 2022. 6- Discussion and possible approval of Live Wire Mining's request for a custom electrical rate. 7- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing a salter in the amount of $2,500. 8- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing water fountains for the auditorium in the amount of $2,696. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Possible closed session. Adjournment:
