- NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Town of Brighton, Utah, at their regularly scheduled Town Council meeting on 3/12/2024, adopted Ordinance 2024-O-3-1, AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BRIGHTON AMENDING TITLE 19 ZONING, BY REPEALING 19.02 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND ADMINISTRATION, 19.74 FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION AND CONTROL,AND 19.75 GEOLOGICAL HAZARDS ORDINANCE (Formerly Natural Hazard Areas) AND REPLACING THEM WITH CHAPTER 19.02 TITLE, PURPOSE, APPLICABILITY, CHAPTER 19.56 FLOODPLAIN HAZARD REGULATIONS, AND CHAPTER 19.58 GEOLOGICAL HAZARDS ORDINANCE. Also adopted, Ordinance 2024-O-3-2, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5 BUSINESS LICENSES AND REGULATIONS CHAPTER 5.19 SHORT TERM RENTAL SECTION 5.19.063 WATER SUPPLY AND PUBLIC SEWER REQUIRED For more information, see the attached ordinances.
