- PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT - LEGAL NOTICE 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah Tuesday, March 19, 2024, 5:00 PM The Board of Adjustment of Park City, Utah, will hold its regular meeting in person at the Marsac Municipal Building, City Council Chambers, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060. Meetings will also be available online and may have options to listen, watch, or participate virtually. Click here for more information. REGULAR AGENDA 5:00 PM Items Listed Below May Include Discussion, Public Hearing, and Action 317 Ontario Avenue - Variance - The Applicant Requests a Variance from the Minimum Interior Garage Depth of Twenty Feet (20') as Outlined in LMC ยง15-3-4(A)(1) to Allow a Proposed Garage with an Interior Depth of Sixteen Feet (16'), a Four-foot (4') Reduction. PL-24-06038 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action 844 Empire Avenue - Variance - The Applicant Requests a Variance from a Front Yard Setback to Allow the Construction of a Detached Garage on the Northern Property Line (a Ten-Foot Reduction) and Four Feet from the Southern Property Line (a Six-Foot Reduction).
