- PUBLIC NOTICE-BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING The Board of Education of the Emery County School District will hold its regular monthly meeting at the Huntington Elementary, 70 E 100 N, Huntington, UT on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 in Room #22. The work session will begin at 6:30 pm with the open meeting beginning at 7:00 pm. A) WORK SESSION 1. Assign Negotiation Committee Board Representatives 2. Annual Review of School Fees, Fee Waivers, Fundraising, and Donation policies 3. JJE - Fundraising Proposed changes to comply with USBE 4. Data / Technology policies: - Annual FERPA Rights, Data Privacy Agreement, Data Sharing Agreement, EHA - Employee Passwords, EHAA - Technology Security Policy Proposed, Emery Data PlanWeb, IJNDB - Use of Technology in Instruction, IJNDBA - Bring Your Own Technology, IJNDCA - Employee Network Acceptable Use, IJNDCB - Student or Visitor Network Acceptable Use, IJNDCC - Employee Use of Webpages & Social Networking, INDCD - Internet Safety, JICJ - Electronic Communication Device Use, and Student Data Collection Notice B) REGULAR SESSION 1.
