- The Mt. Pleasant City Community Development & Renewal Agency Board will hold a Regular Meeting on March 12th 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant, Utah. 1. Welcome - Chairperson 2. Roll Call - Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes - Chairperson February 7th, 2024, Special Meeting held 3:30 pm. February 13th, 2024, Regular CDRA Meeting held at 6:00 pm. 4. Approval of Claims - Chairperson Invoice Register dated 02/09/2024 to 03/08/2024 in the amount of $97,517.79. 5. CDRA Executive Director Report 6. CDRA Chairperson Report 7. Discussion/Action: Track 89 Land Proposal- Monte Bona Street Scape Project- Monte Bona Parks Update- Justin Atkinson Adjourn ___________________________ Mike Olsen Chairperson In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) this facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available.
