- WORK MEETING AGENDA OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAYTON, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Layton, Utah, will hold a public meeting in the Council Conference Room of the City Center Building, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, commencing at 5:30 PM on November 3, 2022. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Councilmember Report 2. Presentation - Utah Department of Transportation 3. Review - Parks and Recreation Code of Conduct/Behavior Policy 4. Bid Award - M.C. Green and Sons, Inc. - 2700 West Construction, Project 22-59 - Resolution 22-70 - 2700 West between Gentile Street and West Hill Field Road 5. Grant Award Acceptance on Behalf of Layton City, from the Utah Board of Water Resources, Managed by the State of Utah, Division of Water Resources, for the Secondary Water Meter Installation Project - Resolution 22-65 6.
