- NOTICE TO BIDDERS Statements of Qualifications and Interest will be received electronically via SciQuest until 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time, on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, for the following project: On-Call Term Consultant Structural Engineering Design Services, Job No. ONC24009. Statements of Qualifications and Interest delivered to any other location will not be accepted. E-mails or downloads from shared sites shall not be considered. Late Statements of Qualifications and Interest including other required documents as outlined in section 1.8 of Document 00300 will not be accepted. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: The scope of work and submittal requirements will be available on March 1, 2024. The documents can also be viewed and downloaded at the following websites: https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=StateOfUtah To ensure notification of addenda is received, BIDDERS please register with Utah Public Procurement Portal (SciQuest). The work will consist of providing structural analysis and design plans and specifications for structural engineering services on structural projects. More detailed project information is provided in Document 01110. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and Interest or to waive any informality or technicality in any Statement of Qualifications and Interest if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. In compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the following information is provided, contact person: Fel Fano, Contracts Administrator, City Engineer's Office.
