- Notice and Agenda The Plain City Planning Commission will convene in a regular meeting Thursday, March 14 ,2024 in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall - 4160 West 2200 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 pm. This meeting will also be accessible via ZOOM. The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome: Pledge of Allegiance: Moment of Silence/Invocation: 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting 1. Roll Call 2. Legislative Items: Discussion/Motion: Preliminary approval for S-Curve Patio Estates approx. 2825 W 2575 N 25 lots Jeff Hales Discussion/Motion: Preliminary/Final approval for Sunset Estates approx. 2650 N 3975 W 4 lots Cody Rhees 8. Administrative Items: Discussion/Motion: 2024 New Planning Co-Chair 9. Report from City Council: Commissioner Faulkner 10. Commission Comments: 11.
