AGENDA 6:00 PM Call to Order A. Opening Prayer, Reading, or Expression of Thought given by: Dan Crandell B. Pledge of Allegiance: Dan Crandell C. Declaration of Conflicts of Interest ADMINISTRATIVE 1. Discussion/Decision: Consider Preliminary Approval for Peakview Plaza PUD containing seven (7) lots on 9.59 acres at approximately 400 W 2550 N in the C-2 Zone (Applicant: Dave Laloli) 2. Discussion/Decision: Site Plan Review for a Regency Excavation Shop at 2724 N Rulon White Boulevard (Applicant: Tyson Lund). LEGISLATIVE Public Hearings 3.
