- The North Logan Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, February 22, 2024 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan Library, 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will also be made available through the following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw Opening Business: * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda * Approve minutes of previous Planning Commission meetings * Follow-up on issues from previous meetings Regular Commission Business: 1. Review and possible recommendation regarding a commercial subdivision concept plan for a three-lot subdivision at approximately 1950 N 100 E in the Commercial General Zone (CG). 2. Review and possible recommendation regarding a commercial subdivision Preliminary Plat and Development Plan for a two-lot subdivision at approximately 2850 N 200 W in the Commercial General Zone (CG). Commission Work Session: 3. Work Session - Signage ordinance amendments regarding political signage. Staff Business: * Staff Business/Discussion. * Planning Commissioner Business/Discussion. * Set Next Agenda (3/7/2024) and/or Adjourn.
