- The North Logan Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, March 7, 2024 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan Library, 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will also be made available through the following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw Opening Business: * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda * Approve minutes of previous Planning Commission meeting * Follow-up on issues from previous meetings Regular Commission Business: 1. CUP-2024-02 - Review and action of a request for a Short-Term Rental (STR) Conditional Use Permit for a townhome at 2056 N 350 E. Commission Work Session: 2. Work Session - Signage ordinance amendments regarding temporary and permanent signage. 3. Work Session - City-initiated Zoning Text Amendment to define a 'Lot of Record' and establish applicable development standards. 4. Work Session - Staff update regarding the General Plan Rewrite. Staff Business: * Staff Business/Discussion. * Planning Commissioner Business/Discussion. * Set Next Agenda (3/21/2024) and/or Adjourn.
