- PAROWAN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MARCH 20, 2024 - 6:00 P.M. PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS 35 E. 100 NORTH, PAROWAN, UT 84761 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the Parowan City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers, Parowan City Hall, 35 E. 100 North. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding proposed amendments to Title 15 (Land Use and Development) of the Parowan City Municipal Code (PCMC) as follows: 1. Amendment(s) to the Use Regulations Table (PCMC 15.38.020) to allow for the conditional use of Construction Equipment Rental, Sales, and Service in the Highway Services District HS-1 (PCMC15.38); 2. Amendment(s) to the Use Regulations Table (PCMC 15.36.020) to allow for the permitted use of Manufactured Home Sales in the General Commercial Zone GC-1 (PCMC 15.36); and 3. Adopting 'Appendix A' of PCMC 15.42, Historic Preservation Overlay District HP. Copies of the proposed changes are available for public inspection on the Parowan City website, www.parowan.org, and at the Parowan City Offices, 35 E. 100 N., Parowan, Monday - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted this 8th day of March, 2024.
