- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its work meeting on Monday, March 4, 2024. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. This meeting is open to the public, but no comments will be taken. 7:00 pm 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 2. ROLL CALL. 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor Six County Association of Governments: - CIB List - Hazard Mitigation - Utah Outdoor Recreation Grant - Transient Room Tax - Water System Funding. b. Maintenance Technician Reports. c. Alan Jenkins - Discussion on Repair of Hatfield Ave. d. Mike Draper - Request to purchase Railroad Property behind his home on Last Chance St. e. Derk Palfreyman - Discussion on Building Lots on Last Chance Street. f. Juab County Sheriff, Doug Anderson - Discussion on Code Enforcement. g. Michael Alexander - Tintic Historical Society. h. Review of Business License Application for Amanda Bigler, Insurance Sales (In-Home). 4. ADJOURNMENT.
