- The North Logan City Planning Commission hereby announces a public hearing to be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library at 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, UT. A public hearing will be held for the following agenda item: 1. 6:35pm Public Hearing and potential recommendation regarding a city-initiated zoning text amendment to modify zoning allowances for 'Small Multi-Unit Storage', 'Large Warehouse-Type Storage', and 'Solid Waste Facilities' as permitted or conditionally-permitted uses in certain zones. The proposal also adjusts development standards associated with 'Large Warehouse-Type Storage' facilities. Information on this topic is available for review at the City Office.
