- Strategic Planning Agenda Saturday, March 2, 2024 Riverdale Senior Center, Riverdale, UT 8:00 am Welcome and Opening Comments - Session Objectives o Consensus Priorities for drafting FY 2024-25 Budget Benchmarks Proposed changes/guidance Identify and prioritize initiatives and goals. o Current & Future Council Projects and Initiatives - General City Development - Specific City Development - Park development (south of Civic Center) - Property south of Sam's Club - North end property (Birch/by storage sheds) - Grants - Hiring of new employees Review benefits package - Fire department (Ambulance, other options) - Court - RDA Senior Center West Bench Bridge issues RDA triggering and expansion Funding Purchase of additional property(s) - Civic Center replacement - Motor pool changes, parking, lights, department discussion - 2030 - hold harmless update and discussion o Legislative updates o Department Projects and Initiatives o Open meetings training - Discretionary- routine informational discussion/questioning Riverdale City reserves the right to go into a closed executive session at any time during this meeting so long as said meeting is allowed by statute. - Adjourn (Next Meeting - Date to be determined, - to discuss and review FY 2024-25 Tentative Budget).
