- CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA March 6, 2024 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Pledge Minutes: Approve February 7, 2024 minutes This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Action Agenda: 1. Tate and Shari Jensen would like to apply for a business license for TSJ Farms business. 2. Tate and Shari Jensen would like to apply for a business license for South Flat, LLC business. 3. Lucy Sherman would like to get zoning approval for a building permit to install a modular home on property in Cleveland Town. 4. Adjourn meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on Apr. 3, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting are invited to notify the Cleveland Town Office 130 W.
