- The next regular meeting of the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024 as a virtual meeting (see below). The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m. with the staff briefing for the CIB. The action portion of the CIB meeting will start after the completion of the staff briefing. 1. Welcome & Introductions 2. New Projects 4.1 Town of Woodruff - $564,392 ($264,392 Grant, $300,000 Loan 15 Yr. @ 0.5%) Woodruff Road Project 4.2 Honeyville City - $5,000,000 Grant Water System Improvements - Lead and Copper Pipe Replacement 4.3 Town of Circleville - $1,900,000 ($1,850,000 Grant, $50,000 Loan 10 Yr. @ 2.0%) Road Improvements 5. Large Infrastructure - N/A 6. Pending Projects - N/A 7. Supplemental Requests N/A 8. Special Consideration N/A 9.
