- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Diana Cannell - Present 2021/2022 Audit Report. 9. Beginning at 6:25 p.m. conduct the following public hearings; a. The council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission to consider for possible approval the preliminary for the Winward Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at 169 West 100 North. Tax Id. #11-081-0052 b. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission to consider for possible approval the preliminary plan for the Cooper Subdivision consisting of 5 lots total, located at approximately 600 South 200 West. Tax Id. #10-037-0010 c. The council shall receive public input, then consider for approval a resolution formalizing the creation of a Cooperative Career Service Council in Cache Valley to support deal more efficiently with the parties in addressing personal grievances. 10. Landon Bartholomew will present for possible approval the final plat for the Bartholomew/Cooper Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately 590 South 200 East. Tax Id. #10-041-0037 11. Scott Wells - Discuss first quarter financial statement for September. 12. Department reports 13. City Manager/Recorders report
