- CENTERFIELD CITY CITY COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Centerfield City Council will hold its regular meeting on February 1, 2023. The meeting will be held in the Centerfield City Hall, 130 South Main, Centerfield; which meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1 Roll Call 2 Pledge of Allegiance by elected official 3 Invocation by elected official 4 Reading and approval of minutes 5 Petitions, Remonstrances and Communications: Public Hearing- Ordinance 2023-2 Water Regulation for Use of Residential Secondary Water Merri Lyn Sorenson- Gunnison Valley Hospital Report Jed Hansen- Gunnison Valley fire Department- Inspections for Businesses Kasey Peterson- Business License- Inram LLC Kasey Peterson- Building Permit- Approximately 100 South 320 East 6 Unfinished Business/ Report of Council Members- Horizon Farms Subdivision 7 Closed Session 8 Adjournment NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-3296 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms. Certificate of Posting: The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice & agenda was posted in Centerfield City Hall, Gunnison Post Office, posted to the Utah State Public Notice Website and delivered personally and/or electronically to the Mayor and City Council Members on this 31st day of January, 2023.
