- PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a meeting at 7:00 pm, on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, in the City Council Chambers at 38 West Center Street. 1. Roll Call 2. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Public Forum (Public comments may be delivered in person at the meeting or submitted to the City Recorder prior to 5:00 pm on the meeting date for presentation to the City Council) 5. Election of New Chair and Vice-Chair 6. Review and Approval of Minutes - November 9, 2023 7. Discussion and Possible Action Items a. Conditional Use Permit for Gunnison Valley Hospital Learning Center b. Code Amendment Pertaining to Child Care Facilities 8. Discussion Items a. Code Amendment Pertaining to R&C Zone Standards and Uses 9. Planning Commission Training - Open Public Meetings 10. General Discussion and Staff Reports 11.
