- PUBLIC NOTICE The City of La Verkin, Utah hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the La Verkin City Offices, 111 South Main Street, in La Verkin, Utah to consider vacating as a public roadway that portion of 480 South Street described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein, but retaining all rights of ownership in and to said property for construction, maintenance, repair and replacement of utilities and other municipal purposes. The public is invited to attend and provide comments. If you need special accommodation to participate in the above meeting, please notify Christy Ballard at 435-635-2581 ext. 109 at least 3 working days prior to the meeting.
