- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday February 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1307 N. Commerce Dr., Suite 200, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following: 1. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapters 19.02 - Definitions, 19.16 - Site and Architectural Design Standards, and 19.18 - Sign Regulations. The proposed amendments would update the definition of 'Building Fa ade' and move the definition from Section 19.18 to 19.02; Amending 19.16. to exclude the roof from the calculations of materials and colors for Residential & Non-Residential Architectural Design Standards. City initiated. 2. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapters 19.04- Land Use Zones. The proposed changes would allow zero-foot side setbacks in commercial zones if certain criteria are met. 3. Cliff Lake Neighborhood Plan, located approximately at SW corner of Pioneer Crossing and Saratoga Road. Keith Lindstrom with Leisure Villas as applicant.
