- Salt Lake City Council Oath of Office Ceremony MEETING NOTICE DATE: Tuesday, January 2, 2024 TIME: Noon PLACE: Nancy Tessman Auditorium Salt Lake City Main Library 210 East 400 South Salt Lake City, UT 84111 The auditorium may be accessed through the Main Library's East entrance on the first floor. Notice of Special Accommodations in Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act: - This event is accessible to wheelchair users and offers assistive listening devices, reserved seating for people with disabilities, and ADA-accessible parking. - ADA parking stalls are available on each level of the library parking garage. Additionally, vehicles displaying a disability license plate or placard and transporting a person with a disability may park at any City parking meter without charge for up to two hours. - Spanish and ASL interpreters will be located inside the auditorium. - Please make requests for reasonable accommodation at least two working days prior by contacting the City Council Office at 801-535-7600 or council.comments@slcgov.com.
