- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RAP ADVISORY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington County Recreation, Arts, and Parks (RAP) Disbursement Advisory Board, in St. George, Utah will hold an Regular Meeting in the WASHINGTON COUNTY CONFERENCE ROOM, WASHINGTON COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 197 EAST TABERNACLE, ST. GEORGE, UTAH, commencing at 12:00 P.M. on TUESDAY, JANUARY 31, 2023 1. Call to Order / Chairman 2. Welcome / Introductions 3. Approval of Minutes: November 22, 2022 4. Election of Officers 5. Final Review and Recommendations 6. Old Business 7. New Business 8.
