- PUBLIC NOTICE Kaysville City Regular Meeting Schedule 2023 Kaysville City hereby gives notice for the 2023 regular meeting schedule for the Kaysville City Council, Planning Commission, and Power Commission to be held in the Council Chambers of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT. All meetings and work sessions are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 of the Utah Code relative to the applicable provisions of the Utah Open Meetings Act. Exceptions to the following schedule will be announced and posted in advance. The Kaysville City Council is scheduled to hold regular meetings on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7:00 p.m., with the exception of the following date: April 6, and April 20 which will be rescheduled for April 13. The Planning Commission is regularly scheduled to have meetings on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month at 7:00 p.m., with the exception of the following dates: April 13, November 23 and December 28. The Power Commission is regularly scheduled to hold meetings on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., with the exception of the following date: July 4.
